We are looking for a full time workshop assistant for our studio in Kentish Town, north London.
The Job:
To assemble the Bouncepad product range and to prepare and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring that Bouncepad customers all round the world receive the high standard of product that they expect from us. To co-ordinate the smooth running of the workshop and to receive, check and store deliveries of stock as they arrive.
Key Tasks:
a. assembling Bouncepad orders, with great attention to detail and consistency of approach.
b. compiling and packing orders for on-time dispatch to customers.
c. receiving, checking and storing deliveries of stock.
d. helping to evolve and streamline the whole production (and therefore design) process until we reach efficient production nirvana.
Requirements:
Candidates should be extremely good with their hands and be able to work with simple hand tools with confidence and in safety. You should have a good attention to detail, be computer literate and well organised. You should be able to work under your own initiative, as well as being able to communicate well with other members of our growing team.
A three dimensional sensibility would be a great quality, and ideally you will be the type of person who has always liked to take things apart, play with them, and generally tinker with your material world.

Our studio is a busy and creative working environment and this position requires someone who can both focus on the details and see the bigger picture. The production process is always evolving, there are always ways to design the process to be more efficient, and we welcome new ideas from all of our employees.
Hours: full time, 09:00 – 18:00
Salary: £17 – 21k, dependant on experience
